Breast Cancer Awareness Month Health and Wellness Day

Are you living with breast cancer at any stage? Would you like to take time out for yourself to relax, learn more about many aspects of managing your diagnosis and to connect with others?
Join us for the inaugural House of Hope Breast Cancer Health and Wellness Day on Sunday 6th October as part of breast cancer awareness month.
You’ll be greeted on arrival by our friendly and supportive team, giving you the chance to enjoy some morning refreshments and connect with a number of different support services in our information zone.
With key speakers covering areas including breast health, nutrition. hair loss and regrowth, rehabilitation exercise and fertility the event will create a safe space for you to ask questions and seek advice from qualified professionals.
There will also be the opportunity to be measured for post surgery bras, discuss the process of nipple tattooing and enjoy mini treatments throughout the event.
Culminating in a group yoga nidra session and sound bath to help you to ’switch off’ and unwind.
All attendees will be invited to join us for lunch at the end of the event allowing you to connect with others who understand living with a breast cancer diagnosis.
