Fife Fit Steps's Story
FFS 3-30-3 Cha Cha Challenge for Charity.
Our dedicated Steppers will be learning a more complex Cha Cha dance combo that will be brought together into a wonderful full routine and celebrated at our "Wear it Pink" celebration class party on Fri 23rd October!
As a community, we will pledge to walk 3 x per week, 30 mins each time over a 3 month period. We will cheer each other on, share our walks and celebrate every step together!
Why are we doing this?
To challenge our Steppers with more complex dance steps, our neural pathways will be firing! We will embrace regular movement into our routine, regardless of fitness level, building healthy habits long after our Challenge finishes whilst raising funds for The House of Hope.
This week brought the news of poor Rhona’s awful fall, resulting in a really nasty ankle break. But following surgery she now starts her road to recovery and we are all continuing to raise as much as we can for this great cause in the meantime.
We’re all thinking of you Rhona xxx
A massive well done to everyone who has participated in the challenge so far, raising nearly £800 for this wonderful cause whilst giving our fitness and wellbeing a boost.
Let’s do Rhona proud and really push the target - we’re over half way to the new figure already!
Thanks for sharing your photos - here’s a wee taster of where our Steppers (and dogs, and wee ones) have been walking.
Please share the link to this page with anyone you can - every single £1 helps.
