Join Elke Thompson, paper artist, author and inspirational speaker, for
an informal session of storytelling and star folding. She will talk
about her latest book “Remember to look for the Glimmers”, about how she
became a serial star folder and why she believes that tackling big
conversations with honesty and vulnerability – especially with children
– makes the biggest positive difference. Elke was widowed suddenly in
2009, aged only 34, and received a primary breast cancer diagnosis in
2012. She is mum and step mum to seven children.
